I know of two useful cracked launchers that don't use java.
MultiMC5 Cracked. this is one of the few that supports open to lan with a local account. it also supports ely.by accounts, as well as premium accounts. but it does not yet fetch java for you. It has modpack installers for curseforge, FTB, ATLauncher, Technic, etc. It adds profiles to the official launcher, but stores each instance in a new directory. When using ely.by accounts, it supports custom skins. MultiMC5 is going to include a java fetcher soon, and when it does, the cracked version will follow. NO ADS, but you have to make and use a ely.by account for skins.
C# Minecraft Launcher. this launcher does autodownload java, and stores everything in its' on .minecraft directory. it will let you install forge and stuff into it by running an installation and pointing it at the .minecraft subdirectory. It only supports local and mojang accounts. Tlauncher.club , but pretty much all other antivirus is ok with it. No skins for local. Because its fully portable, you don't need any admin permissions whatsoever to run it. Has a simple NEWS page, but no obvious ads. looks kinda like old legit launhers.
There are a lot of java minecraft launchers.
Ones that have some degree of skin support for non-premium include:
LauncherFenix=Latin America community. very popular there, and has own free accounts, that support skins. Spanish launcher. modpack support.
Crystal-Launcher=Polish community. includes lan play and skins, and modpacks like tlauncher does, but seems less sketchy. has an english website.
tlauncher-legacy= ely by account support for skins. Anyone who has ely.by skin system installed (available for legit clients as well) will see your skins. No ads. Poor java setting adjustment support, though.
